  Sam's Repair is AWESOME! My computer was snared by ransomware and the screen was locked. Of course, my first thought was to contact the Geek Squad, which I did. They told me that the earliest they could come would be in ten days. Then, my neighbor, who had used Sam's, told me about them, and I was so happy. Karim took such good care of me--came over and took my CPU and said it would be fixed the very next day. Well, it turned out that my hard drive was corrupted and he had to order one. He knew how much I depended on my computer, so he was nice enough to put in a smaller hard drive, delivered it to my place the next day so I could have a computer for the weekend. Then, he got the larger hard drive the next day, took the CPU home and delivered the finished product the next morning. I really appreciate such excellent and fast service, so I would definitely recommend anyone who needs computer repair, etc. to save themselves time and money and go see Karim at Sam's Repair. I guarantee you that you will be taken care of professionally, expertly and with extreme kindness.
