  We lost our flooring during Harvey and wanted to upgrade to all wood downstairs. First, Lumber Liquidators had the best products for the best price - even better than Floor & Decor. Second, the quality and consistency of the material and installation was superb. They did have a mix up on the installation date, but once they were aware, Eli went all out to correct it. With all the Harvey installs I was thinking we may have a 1-2 week delay, but instead, we only have a 1 day delay which actually worked out for the best. Overall very pleased.

  Melissa and her crew really came through for me. There were some bumps in the Road at the beginning of my project. This store team overcame them all and was even nice enough to deliver some items directly to my home not once but twice! Kudos to you all!
