  made my purchase on 11/04/2017. on the day of the purchase everything i ordered was in stock and 3 days later they called to inform me most of the items now were not available for delivery. the guy who called gave me a fake name because when i call them back again trying to have part of my items to be send to the house first....i was told they didn't have this person. and today is 11/27/2017.... part of my order are still not yet delivered as they promised. i just called them again... the girl first couldn't find my order and then trying to send my call to a manager which she failed to do so twice.... now the call is dropped. i don't know... i guess rent yourself a truck if you need to purchase large items... cause their delivery service is horrible....and they customer service is pretty much none existing.

  This place is horrible. I actively avoid this Lowes at all costs. Every time you go in to this store, the workers have no idea where anything is at. They like to send you on scavenger hunts to talk to another worker who then sends you to another worker. I don't understand why they even work there. Also, if you try calling in the store, they will bounce you around from person to person who "doesn't know" and then you are disconnected. They literally hang up on you every time. Do not go to this Lowes. It's horrible.
