  My Dell laptop wasn't turning on and i took it here. The reception was good and the technician i spoke with said he would run some free diagnostic checks and let me know and then move forward from there. I was worried its a motherboard issue or something serious. Soon I got a call within 3 hours with the technician saying the problem is fixed, he reset the bios and ran some tests and all good, and said my final bill is $64.95. I was glad they fixed it very quickly, but I wasn't expecting a 64$ number since the technician said those tests are ' free'. On my surprise i told the person I don't have a problem paying the charges but you could have said its not really free at the first place. Then his reply was like "Sir no problem i can make the laptop not working again and do u wanna do that ?" ! I think that reply was kinda insulting to me.

  For computer repair, this place is the real deal. Very professional and knowledgeable. they offer free estimates and competitive rates. And I was treated with great respect and courtesy. I have used them before, and should have posted this review much earlier. Tom Burger

  I have been a customer of Komputer Plus for over 10 years and they have taken excellent care of me and my computers. Not only are they excellent technicians their customers service far exceeds my expectations every time I need to go and see them. On a scale from 1 to 10 I would give them a 15! They are friendly, they are smart, they always know exactly what to do to make my computers hummm and work well and they always go the extra mile. I cannot begin to tell you how many times my computer has been on life support and not only do they give it CPR but they bring it back from the dead. The miracles they have performed are too many to count and that is fresh in my mind as I write this today as my old laptop died this morning but by this afternoon it is alive and well! This is the3rd laptop I have bought from them. The most recent was right before Christmas and they made sure everything was working and transferred all my files and I walked out ready to get to work. When you think computers think Komputer Plus and you will so happy you did!!!
