  they have a nice selection of clothes but the customer service there is terrible. they either have no one on the floor to help you or if there are people, they’re talking amongst themselves & ignoring you. i approached one of their “managers” & asked her if she knew where i could find womens collared shirts at. she looked at me as if i was speaking a whole ‘nother language, like you don’t know what a collared, button up shirt is?? then her walkie talkie went off & she was like “oh they’re calling me i have to go.” so she walked off & i just ended up leaving because of how ridiculous that was. if you come here, know what you’re getting & where it’s located because there will be no one to assist you.

  This location of Kohl's is stellar and has become a regular stop on my shopping trips. It's perfect to pick up gifts because of the variety of things that they carry, the aisles are clean and the products are always organized, and the customer service is amazing. I remain impressed with this place no matter how much I visit.
