- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★May 28, 2019, by Jim GrimmI have had many good experiences...I have had issues as well but the manager there is awesome and always makes things right...one time I bought a fryer for a party I was having, and got home and someone had used the fryer and then returned it… They even resealed it… I called the manager and he literally met me in the parking lot with a new one and took care of the exchange in my car… just one of many examples of phenomenal customer service...!!!
