  Mark was very professional, honest and forthcoming with regards to dealing with us. He completed the design, created mutiple casts, made repairs that actually improved the look of our ring, created the ring based on the approved cast design, affixed the addition to the main ring and did all of this way ahead of schedule. His quality of work is exceptional and he is dedicated to ensuring the customer is not just satisfied but completely happy. We have found our jeweler. Excellent performance! I would recommend him to any and everyone.

  This store rips you off. Make SURE you take any of their diamond jewelry to a diamond specialist before you buy. They charged me $1,400 for a ring that is worth $300. I completely got ripped off, and they offered only $200 to buy it back, even with receipt and box in hand. Even when I agreed to sell them back the ring for only $200, I made a comment abt how expensive the ring was compared to what it’s worth, and the buyer got weird and said the printer was out of ink and they couldn’t do the transaction. This is the worst jewelry store in Houston. I will be reporting my experience to local news stations.
