After having to have it fixed 3 times finally had to exchange it for a new one Bc the person who sold us the ring didn’t size it right. Come to find out, you have to buy another “lifetime” warranty for the new ring that was exchanged for their mistake. Lifetime warranty my ass. Screw this place!
