  This is not your ordinary jewelry store! They give very personalized service to their customers. I recently had to make some tough decisions because of a situation that arose when we applied for a new home loan. At the last minute, we had to come up with even more money that we didn't have. I called several jewelry stores and visited a few as well. Basically, what they wanted to offer me for my diamond was almost insulting. I decided to email Jonathan's. Bright and early the next morning I received an email back from Sergio Nuncio offering to help. We exchanged emails and details and I went down to visit him. He was wonderful!! Compassionate, sympathetic, and reassuring!! He offered me a very fair and reasonable price and was willing to go above and beyond just buying a diamond in order to try and help me in my predicament. I highly recommend visiting their store whether you are buying or selling jewelry! I know when the time is right and I want to buy another diamond, Sergio will be the first person I call! Thank you!

  I was terrified of picking out an engagement ring. Jay recommended I come in and go over all the options. This really helped out and gave me a better understanding of what I was looking for and how they could help make sure the ring I chose would be something my fiance loved. A few months later when i was ready to purchase, I went back picked out a diamond, told them what kind of setting I wanted and they made the ring for me in less than 3 days. I would definitely recommend Jonathan's to anyone out there looking for a ring or any other jewelry.
