  So happy I came here! I had some diamond and white gold earrings made for me (suspender type for the second hole) and specified the size to the original vendor - but he made them way too long, so they didn't set right on my ear. Not wanting to deal with shipping back, waiting, return shipping, etc., I came here to see if possibly Jerome could just move the post backing so they would fit my ear properly. Not only was he able to fix them, he did it really fast as well! I expected to have them returned in a few days, but he was able to get them back to me the same day. They now fit perfectly, and you can't even tell where he removed the original post. He only charged 35! I only wish I had thought of him before as I believe he also does custom work. I will definitely be back here for any jewelry repair needs.
