  My wife and myself bought Items from there for few years. We receive offers regularly. Nov 8, I went to buy a nice present for new born. I had picture of coupon in my phone with bar code . 20 minutes parking, and fighting busy mall, was not fun. It took 25 minutes to find something nice in J&J. I offered the manager my promotion. However, the manager would not honor the offer that send by mail. This is never happened before and I am savvy Shopper. I asked her to wrap the dress , while I drive home, get the offer and spend 20 minutes parking again, which will delay to baby shower. 40 minutes later, I come back, the dress was where I left it. Waited another 15 minutes for her to finish with customer, and wrap my gift. Oh another 20 minutes to leave mall again. Total wasted time 55 minutes for bad service. I didn't have time to walk over to Nordstrom or SAKs, but I am not repeating the mistake twice. Lesson learned. Quality never stopped at the product!
