  Purchased furniture through their online store. Furniture said "in-stock" (actually still says in stock on website). Contacted Jason a few days later since my order status still said "awaiting processing", but the payment had gone through. Was informed that he just needed to get a truck there for delivery. A week later, the order status was the same thing. Contacted him again and was told he didn't know what was going on, had to call his rep. Called me back, said the furniture was in a warehouse in Alabama and would take at least 6 weeks to get to him before getting to me. Said he'd call back when he was less busy to refund my money if I wanted to go that route rather than wait. Never called and stopped answering my calls. My husband called him, was told the furniture was in Atlanta, not Alabama. At that point, his story had changed too many times for us to trust that we would ever get the furniture and decided to ask for a refund. We received the email confirming that the payment had been refunded, but a month later, the money is still not in our account. Luckily we paid with a credit card and are thus able to dispute the charges.
