  I visited Houston Diamond Outlet this past Saturday. For starters I had an appointment at 12 p.m. I was being assisted by Stephanie who was very helpful, patient and polite. I am currently looking for a diamond for Feb. 2018, so I’d been doing some research and wanted to take my time and take notes and weigh out my options. A older woman and gentleman were the ones that knew the prices of the diamonds and had to get them from a back room. After only being able to look at 4 diamonds ( 2 IGA, 1 GIA and 1 EGL), I was told by the older woman who was getting the diamonds from the back room that I was wasting her time and Stephanie’s time if I wasn’t planning on buying that day because they had customers who were ready to buy waiting in line and that the prices were going to be different in February. Stephanie so kindly was still wanting to help me after this was told me but I just couldn’t take in what I was told! I had never been treated so poorly and talked to in such condescending manner that I just wanted to run for the door. The woman completely embarrassed me, herself and Houston Diamond Outlet. So if you plan on shopping around or being treated as a human with some respect, please do not waste your time on making an appointment with this place!
