The last time I was in there, I passed multiple staff with no acknowledgement, and when I went to ask a question, I was passed on before I could even get an actual word out. I've tried to give this place a chance, but it just isn't the same anymore. I know people come and go, but the art of customer experience has clearly gone the way of profits.
