  I got some candy that was in the clearance section. Cashier charged full price when I told the lady that was running the floor they told me that I had to make a line at the return line. It took 30 min if only cashier was paying attention

  If there was any way to rate this hobby lobby I would rate it with -5 stars. I have been trying to brush off the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAVE. So I went to that store today (July 26, 2017) to get some pictures put in frames and I wanted them to put the paper and the string on the back so I can hang it. I get there with enough time to get both pictures framed and install the paper and hanger on the back. The same rude lady that always attends me was there. I waited a good 15 minutes for her to even come and help me and the store was completely empty. When she finally comes she finishes one frame and then in the intercom she hears that the store will be close in 15 minutes and when it turned 8:00pm she was like a robot and completely took her hands off the frame and gave it to me half done and said, "I am only going to be able to do one since we are closing I don't have time for the other. " I was upset because I had more than enough time to do both. She was the one wasting company time doing something else besides being in the department where she should be and then she has the nerve to only finish one frame and half way do the other and tells me come back another day with more time. I am VERY UPSET!! I am not even going to bother to go back and frame my second picture there. I left only paying for what I got and now I have to do a second trip to another hobby lobby because that rude person didn't even want to spend 5 minutes to do the second frame. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!! I've had to many encounter with this same lady in the frame department. I've tried brushing it off and this was the last straw. They lost my business, my entire family, and friends business because I will be sharing my story to my family and friends. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
