  A wonderful experience, very helpful clientele, great replacement warranties, just make sure and bring the high maintenance jewelry back every 3 months for the warranties to last! It sure helped us in replacing the Opal on my wife's wedding ring, FREE OF CHARGE! And when the 2nd Opal was destroyed by my lovely wife, we got a London Blue Topaz instead and didn't have to pay anything because the gem was of a lesser retail value, but had it been of higher value, we would have to pay the difference.

  Bad customer service, not professional at all. One lady measured my finger and didnt even ask me how I feel about the size, she just decided it for me. Took half a month to resize the ring, and the ring was tight when I picked it up. They treated me like I tried to scam them when I came to pick up the ring without the receipt. Didnt give me the ring box or ask me how I feel about my tight ring, they just wanted me gone. My husband called and complained, and they said it was busy. There was no customer there at the time, and 5 of them just walking around talking to each others. Worst customer service, and I will not purchase anything from Helzberg Diamonds again.
