    Keep your receipts, or don't buy if you might need to return a product! I have been buying from them for years, I purchased 3 of the same item and can not find my receipt. I walked in and asked if I could return 2 of them that I didn't need (they were un-opened) but I didn't have a receipt. The staff refused to help me and said I must have a receipt and I should have gotten one in my email. I did not get an email. Now I have to go home and hope I can find a receipt. I can't believe they have a no return policy, most stores will at least give you store credit. This experience makes me question if I should do business with them anymore.

    I called to check if they had a certain tool I needed and I was told I needed to have a part number becausie they had a long line and they were busy. I asked if she could just look it up and I shouldn't need to have a part number. I was asked to go online and look it up myself so she could help me faster, then put me on hold. Someone else answered, and was able to look it up. When I mentioned that I was upset about the reaction of the first woman I talked to, the guy was understanding, but when I said it needed to be reported he just brushed it off. As a customer, it's not my responsibility to have to look up the part number. The employees should be able to look it up themselves, and if they are that busy, just say they will be with me in just a moment, not give me excuses why I need to do their job for them.

    Bought a cordless saw only to get home and find it didn’t have the charger or battery. Also they would not get a tool cart for me from the back (it was too close to closing time and they had too much stuff in the way so they couldn’t get to it with a forklift).
