  tl;dr - Avoid the fat guy with glasses. He doesn't know anything. I had purchased a game here to try it out and I was told if I wasn't happy with it I had a week to return the game for either a partial refund or store credit. So exactly 1 week goes by and the game wasn't all it was cracked up to be and I had come by. When I try to return it some fat guy (who seemed to be a manager or something) tries telling me I'm not allowed to return it. When I correct him and pointed out that the associate standing right behind him was the one to tell me I was allowed to do this in the first place. He acts like he didn't know and then asks why I didn't like it. When I told him I didn't enjoy the game because it was hyped up and didn't live up to it he tried to tell me that wasn't a real reason and that this would be the only time he'd let me get away with it. I stood there in disbelief and just left with my money afterwards.

  The place was super crowded & it took way to long to get out of there! Most people were there for the same thing & had to wait regardless. I had a Nintendo DS on hold...a hold I placed hours before. One of the store clerks told me it would be ready & waiting. ..& it was...but I had to wait for the masses to get what they came for.... 1 1/2 hrs later I got to leave. It took me less than 5mins was I got to the register. A bunch of had an unnecessary wait. Just saying. The guys were nice though! Even though they were dealing with unruly people.
