  High quality furniture and helpful sales staff. My issue is with the way Mattress Mac treats his employees. I had to exchange a bed for my daughter’s room because it was too large. It was part of a fairly sizable purchase that had earned us $4,000 in accessories credit. While processing the exchange for a smaller bed, the woman at the counter told me we had lost our eligibility for the accessories. I was surprised, but not terribly upset since we didn’t really plan to use it for much. I asked if we could retain some fraction of that credit since we were still buying almost $20,000 worth for furniture. The woman said Mack would have to decide, so I said sure, I’ll wait. Instead of having a reasonable conversation between two adults, I see Mac reading the riot act to my sales person for a good 5-10 minutes. The poor guy then comes over and explains that I won’t get any of the credit. The funny thing is there’s nothing in the terms of sale stipulating that I forfeit the credit, but by then I regretted my decision to shop here and determined that I’ll never go here again. He does good things for the community, but I’d rather shop at a place that treats their employees well.
