  I want to say that my experience with Fort Knox Security Service has been nothing short of spectacular!! I am so glad that I found them during my search for another​ new security company. I was previously with the most widely known security company (whose name I won't mention) for almost 11 years. When I asked to get my old alarm system upgraded to wireless in order to get rid of my landline they gave me the run around and wanted to charge me a exorbitant amount just to upgrade. They wanted to retain my business but just couldn't offer me a decent price to stay. After doing a Google search I found Fort Knox and they had this awesome special of $0 installation and $0 activation! How could I pass them up? I spoke with Seth who was so wonderful in helping me to select the plan that was best for my home. He assured me that I would be very happy with their service. On Saturday they sent out Mike to install the system who was very professional as well as knowledgeable about switching out my old system to the new one. He arrived in an unmarked truck (which I really liked), came in and installed my new system within a couple hours and made sure I understood how to use and was comfortable with the unit before leaving. I am so happy with my new system! Thank you Fort Knox for your superior service!

  Spoke to several phone representatives and all were pleasant to speak with. All were willing to assist and help with any questions and request I made, from changing times to what offers I was able to get. The tech who installed the equipment in my house was also great to deal with. Communications was great with him and he was able to answer any questions and took time to explain the system and made sure I knew how to handle everything. He showed me his system and he had at his home which was good to see he owned the product. I am hoping my 1st experience with them will continue just as good as I move forward with the company down the road.
