  I am someone who has shopped at forever 21 for the longest time. I have never felt the need to report a store, because my experience has always been a pleasant one. Today, was the first time, a manager has ever left a bad impression. I called to have a item check and was told "I'm sorry , we don't do item checks on the weekend because of how busy it is" seeing as it is Friday morning, I would think the store wasn't that hectic. The apparent manager went on to tell me that the policy is specific to their store, because they are a smaller location with a smaller staff ???????? I have never been so confused in my life. She continued to say "you can come into the store and see for yourself" I wouldn't have called if I had the time to do so. It was very disgusting customer service and the feeling I got was that this woman was too lazy to do the check. The amount of time she spent explaining this to me, she could have done the check. There are bigger forever 21 stores in Houston that are much busier than this location and they have always helped me. I defiantly will not be returning to this location. That was just a ridiculous experience.

  I love this store. The staff is very talented friendly and helpful and fashionable but yes on weekends if it's busy you people come in and wreck the store faster than the staff can recover. The lines are going to be long when it's busy of course and it is what it is but their cashiers are usually very quick so it's never that bad and i always find gorgeous things in the plus section for cheap. And if you need to find and item you better do so on a weekday in the mourning before they are busy.
