    I went to the store to return online purchases my husband and I made and I left the store offended. First of all, when I stood in the line the male associate tried to check out another customer behind me and told her, "The return is going to take awhile." I was bit taken back but I politely told that customer that she can take my spot (which she didn't). Secondly, while he was processing my returns, he told customers in the check out line multiple times, "Sorry for the wait but there's a load of returns I have to do." He said this as I was standing in front of him with returns from two orders (with 3 packing slips/receipts because Express sent some of the items separately). It was 11 am on Monday morning. The store was not that busy so I felt like he was telling the other customers that I have a lot of returns just so he could shame me. I was even trying to help him facilitate the return by taking all of the items out of the plastics that they were shipped in. (Of course, I neatly folded everything back with the tags intact). Furthermore, this male associate (who already upset me at this point) said he can't process the return on one of the items and said it must be on another receipt. I told him that I purchased everything on one order which was shipped at the same time. All of the items were on that very packing slip I gave him to process the return. He said he couldn't even find the item via the SKU # on the tag and kept saying he can't do anything for me. Frustrated, I told him I will try to resolve it with their customer service and left the store. I came home and looked up the SKU # of the item on the receipt and it matches the item that I could not return. For some reason, this item had a wrong tag on it so it did not show up on the receipt/packing slip. This was the first time I've been to this store because I recently moved to this area and frankly, I have no intention of returning. The associate's behavior was rude and his remarks about my return was unnecessary. Easy return policy? I think not.
