  Took my money quick but never got product. Bought it October 26 2017 was promised it by Nov. 10 2017. I understand they maybe behind but I never got a call about this door. I left several messages via email and voice and never got any responses to them. I called them at 9AM and was called number 3, so I waited. Once I got to called number one (15 minutes later) my call was pushed back to called number 5. I asked my bank to refund me since the store wouldn't answer my calls or my emails. I have yet to hear from them for an apologies to make things right. I not sure if it says on the website but they have a note on the receipt no refunds all sales are final. Just work with your bank for a refund instead. PEOPLE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. IT'S TO GOOD TO BE TRUE!
