  Beautiful merchandise but I hesitate going there even though I live right around the corner because the service is not good. I've been many times hoping that it was just my perception that was wrong but every single time, I get the same vibe. I usually go in with my little boy and many times I've struggled going inside with my stroller (holding the door while pushing my stroller in). The staff are just chatting away at the register and nobody EVER offers to help hold the door open for me. It's plain and simple courtesy. In addition, one day I went to the register to pay for an item. I always struggle in the store because it is a bit crowded with merchandise and not enough room to move with my stroller. Anyway, I was just standing there waiting for the guy at the register to help me and although he was there and free, he refused to turn around. Finally, he said "are you ready to pay?" I said "yes" and he said, "I'll take you on the other side, that register is closed?" REALLY?? You can't just turn around and take care of this here on this side? You've seen how I'm struggling to move around the store with the stroller and you're going to make me go all the way around to the other side because "oh, this register is closed?" I said, "you know what, I'm not going to get it, I changed my mind." You should be a bit more kind to your customers. Some of us, believe it or not, have babies and sometimes, we need to do our shopping with them!
