They are always friendly and accommodating to whatever your request is. I won't leave my expensive watch for a battery change and Ben always take care of me immediately. Recently, I needed to duplicate a piece of jewelry for my 86 year old mother and Ben was able to do that for me with no picture and only a verbal description. He rocks~~~ Cheers! Cathy J.
