  My entire life since becoming a woman and hitting puberty at 12 my mother has taken me to Dillard’s in Humble Texas to be fitted and purchase quality bras yearly. My bra lady retired god bless her but her replacement was young and even better because she herself had big boobs and knew what was comfortable. We always spend at least almost 200 bucks because bras are very important for your back and I have large breast. Last year when I was pregnant I had to go to Nordstrom because I lived on SW and they do custom bras switching them from normal to nursing for a small fee. A couple weeks ago I decide to get new bras since I am done nursing and I’m also pregnant. The tall skinny black lady with the bad ponytail was rude when we first walked in. When we went into the fitting room she fits me with my old too small bra on...ok. Usually professionals size you without a bra on to get the proper size. Next she brings me bras that aren’t even my size and are the style I do not want because the underwriting hurts. I am pregnant and do not need that pressure on my stomach I needed a comfortable bra that will grow with my widening body. I couldn’t even get them on it hurt so bad. I told her I don’t want that style and she with a attitude said “we make everyone try these on to know their size”. WHAT!!!. What kind of bra sizing is that? Try on stuff that doesn’t fit be uncomfortable and discourage because she doesn’t even know how to properly size??! She needs to be FIRED. Or moved to the furniture department that no one goes to. I had to make my mom find me bras and I told her do not have that lady come back in my fitting room. She then lied to my mom and say I wouldn’t try on the bras which I almost died putting on with HER help. My mom and I again have been shopping at Dillard’s for my bras since I was a preteen. I’m 22. TEN YEARS. I’m a faithful costumer my mom and I know the REAL sizing process and it’s a lot smoother and pleasant than what she gave us and then tried to blame me. A HOT MESS. She the old skinny tall black lady that’s always chewing gum. HANDLE IT. I shouldn’t have spent my money but I desperately needed a bra. Disgusting experience. You need someone warm and kind to be sizing people so they are comfortable and satisfied. Not her
