  I always shop at this location and never newThere policy on ( NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS) FYI(anytime i have asked they allways let me go)so I was very taken back when the employee rudly told me there's ( NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS) what was even more DISPECTFUL IS THE TONE SHE USED WHILE EXPLAINING COMPANY POLICY TO A COSTUMER AND WALKING AWAY.I didnt put up a fuss with her FYI (I HAVE HELD 2 SUPERVISOR POSITIONS IN RETAIL FOR OVER 6YR)I then spoke to the manager, she said yes its true that is company policy, I also call the help desk line just to make sure that is company policy for DD'S, it is true. If I would have known This company denies there costomers privilege to use the RESTROOMS I would not have never invested any of my hard earned money into DD's or ROSS LET ALONE WORK FOR YOUR COMPANY. I THINK IT IS TRUELY WRONG THAT YOU DD'S/ROSS SAY YES YOUR GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, HOWEVER YOU HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR THE RESTROOM!! THIS REALLY NEEDS TO BE WOKRED ON.
