  Very Disappointed in the selection and the customer service. Went looking for my daughters prom dress, this was the place she wanted to go to because of their website. Well what was on their website was not in the Galleria Store or at least we could not find it. Dresses were just on racks only three displayed at the front. Customer Service non existent, all staff was helping with bridal parties and no one ever asked us or anyone else that I saw in the prom dress area if they needed anything. When we were leaving the staff at the front door smiled and said come back, I replied definitely will not. No one asked what the problem was nor would they probably care. The lesson here was that we found Camille La Vie in the Galleria and they made my daughter feel like she mattered. So by pass David's Bridal and go somewhere else.
