  I'm eating this a 1, not because of the quality of the pharmacy staff, but because there is never enough pharmacy staff. I've been using this pharmacy for 8 years. I have finally had it and I going else where. There is never a time of day when I do not have to wait in line at least 30 minutes to pick up my prescriptions. I can be the only person in line and I will have to wait. People who go to get medication are often sick or in pain. Sometimes they can't send someone else to pick up their medication for them. I have mobility problems and it is too painful to wait in line. The solution from on of the pharmtechs? Call ahead, well pull you stuff to minimize the wait time by 30 seconds. Really? My question to CVS is do you care so much about you bottom line that you cannot provide enough staff to run your pharmacy properly?
