  HORRIBLE horrible horrible horrible!!! The associate Belen is THE rudest person I have come across in a very long time. I doubt she can even spell ‘customer service,’ as she certainly does not know how to give it. This interaction in itself has made me resolve to stop patronizing CVS stores in totality. That was completely ridiculous. She does NOT deserve to work there.

  CVS' automate response system needs to do a better job of informing its customers about medicine refill. Lots of time the incoming callss spoke in Spanish only and not even complete sentence;other times it gave out only last name and we don't know who the medicine belongs to within our family. Do it the right way or just stop it all together.
