  I gave them one star because there is no 0star option. I got a loan from them a couple days ago. An item that was a repeat. To make a long story short after the loan was finalized and I showed the the pawn broker that the electronic item was working fine. A couple day after I call the pawn shop to see if they could be kind to let me take some info out of the device they agree to it. I found the item was hook up to the store wi fi and the pawn broker asked me if I was going to redeem the item because his partner found information on my device that was telling him otherwise. So to summarize on things. I have used other pawn shop in the past but never had an issue like these. I had to go to my bank close my account, cancel my credit cards and change all my passwords because all that informations was on that device. After I was done getting the information I needed I reset the device so they do not have access to my info. I call the OCCC and file a complain and will be filling on with the BBB shortly. Also will be filling a police report in case some of my info gets miss used in the future that way there is a record.
