  Recently, I took my laptop to this store and asked them to diagnose why it freezes at startup. I paid 20 bucks and they told me that we will not guarantee to fix it but we will diagnose and troubleshoot it for sure. They told me that the hard drive must be tested first.After a day, they called me back and told me that we were not able to take the hard drive out because it was stuck to its case! At the end, I had to picked it up with no refund. They just opened the laptop case by removing the screws and charged me 20 bucks without any diagnosis. I believe that they are not specialist at all. I DO NOT recommend this store for diagnosing your laptop... Do not waste your money...
