  This is the worst experience I've ever had with a jewelry store! Do not waste your money here! You can find a more ethical jeweler at a pawn shop. My fiancé purchased a diamond from here that had a certificate stating the diamond was 4 color shades higher and one clarity grade better than it really was. When confronted, the owner told him the back of the certificate said it could be inaccurate! I can understand one color grade, but four is unacceptable. A jeweler who has been in business as long as Correll should know diamond colors. They sold it for $2,000 more than it was worth and refused to issue a return less than a month after purchasing. They also ignored complaints from the Better Business Bureau! They should be ashamed of their unethical business practices.

  I'm shocked and appalled at what I just experienced. I came into the store with my husband to purchase a diamond wedding band. I had just spoken to the owner on the phone, and he knew I was coming in for this. He seemed nice on the phone, but once in the store, he became extremely rude. He wanted to know how much I spent on a ring I purchased elsewhere and how much I was planning to spend with him. This was the first question from him, and I was a bit taken aback from this forwardness. He said he didn't want to deal with me and spend time helping me find a band if I was just looking for a cheap deal. I was so shocked, my husband turned to leave, and he started shouting at us. He had literally talked to me for less than 5 minutes. I'm so baffled right now. He says he's been in business for 40 years, so perhaps others have had drastically different experiences. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I can't fathom who would allow themselves to be bullied when they want to spend their hard earned money on a nice gift for a loved one.
