  Mr T at willowbrook did not go the contract. There is a 15% restocking fee if you don't like your purchase. I called several times since I'm not happy with my tv. First they said I could return it and pay this restocking fee. When I asked to speak to a manager they put me on hold for 20 mins. After being on hold I hung up and called again. Again they put me on hold for another 20 some mins before they picked up and hung up on me. They only care about the selling and not about the customer. Don't buy from them. Best Buy has the same products and charges less.
