John is a great salesman in the receptionist in the front are very friendly and super speedy service to get your payment done the reason why I read this because I had a very awful experience the worst service I ever had in any store that I shop at first of all I had the delivery man screaming at me for no reason for him to do that and asking a very young man which I believe is underage trying to help and work for him he explained to me the employee says that there was a short of staff so he had to get somebody else by himself and then why I hate the most that you have to pay a $79 delivery charge which is cost as much as the chair that I want to get extra and you have to drive all the way down to Budweiser area location which you can easily get lost and what's even worse they charge you property insurance the only store that does this to me I had been a very loyal customer for many years with this place but now I think I'm calling it quits even if I buy a warranty it wasn't worth it to me because their excuses that they don't have the size so I had to end up paying more that TV I bought 64 in wide have broke down on me many times don't get me wrong I'm glad I have the warranty but what's the use of having it when the product is bad sometimes the TV does not show the picture or the sound have a defect especially the screen of the TV show that you wanted to watch and then another bad thing about this place I used to have two and a half years of no interest charge now they lower it down to one year which I don't think it's right especially when I pay my bills on time and more than the minimum balance and not only that they have a program where you they charge you interest and then I cannot believe they would charge $100 for service fee which I think that is ridiculously outrageous it does not cost that much to print out a paper and ink and the booklet payment book it's almost like if we're paying the employees for doing the job too I feel like that just really want to our money and take advantage of us :-(! And when I finally and I recommend to all of you before you shop at the store quickly get your property insurance over there because they take forever to credit your property insurance before they end up charging you the proper insurance which is outrageous price I have to go there five times to straighten this whole thing up the salesman only care and it wasn't John the salesman but the other man all he care was to sell me something like furnitures and pay more attention to his vacation knowingly I purchased this before then and not taking care of my outrageous high-priced bill because they keep on SLAP charging all these illegal charges I did not approve of:-(!! I don't care how many years they've been around here but they keep on changing the rules but they use excuses because it's Texas law and that is not true not all of it!! If you don't have the finances to do it if I was you save up the money first and then get it or go to other stores and buy the items and get a credit card or credit or loan before you go to this place because I found out other places sell more cheaper furniture then they do!! I even had during that time to solve my property insurance charges even the manager did not solve it it took couple of them to find the right one that would do the job for me :-(!

Salesmen are aggressive and sometimes too overbearing. They add stuff to what you are buying without consent till you tell them you don't want it. They ask repeatedly if you are sure and that you are going to need said add on. I have even heard them spew completely false statements regarding video game latency in order to push an item. Other than that the actual purchasing and pay structure is ok if you can get through the shark like attitude the salesmen have. I get it. Trying to earn a living. But take it easy guys.
