  Bad customer service.....Jane. FYI, for the manager, you need to speak to your employees and let them know that they need to be professional and not hang up on people, whether it's customers or soliciting calls. She left me with the word in my mouth when she hung up, and just the same way she has to be so nice and professional when selling something, same goes for sales calls. We all have different jobs, and just as her job is to pick up the phone and be courteous (she gets paid for that and lives off of that), people who solicit, that is their job and live off that. No need for rudeness and unprofessionalism. Plus, if you do not want soliciting calls, you need to ask to get your business off the business yellow pages so nobody can contact you. Just an observation for your employees ;)
