  Initial service was efficient and professional for two office desks ordered, delivered and installed. Did request two separate locks but it was not delivered that way. Was informed it would have been an additional separate order. Agreed to pay more to get a second lock but waited weeks and no response. Called in to inquire and shared my feedback with a nicer older lady. In the meantime, two staff had ability to open each other's desks and due to sensitivity of files that was not an option. After no response for 2+ weeks from Carrolls, I contacted the manufacturer directly - they had not been contacted by Carrolls. Also had it been ordered correctly to begin with no charge for the different lock request. Felt mislead and could have avoided the additional lock charge and labor for installing the lock myself (not a big deal but still not "turnkey" as expected). Only on here because I need to order more office furniture and was searching online and landed on their profile.
