  Extremely frustrated. Was told on Dec. 4th they would start on the 19th. Then got pushed back a day, tile that was delivered was defective. Went back to the store Wednesday morning to select another tile, was told they'd start Wednesday, then pushed back to today. They only worked 6 hours. I asked them numerous times to clean up all the trash all over the floor because I have pets. They just stared at me and pretended not to understand, but started speaking English when I had their supervisor on speaker. They were driving off and I stopped them. They still left spacers and trash all over the place. Found out they're working tomorrow, then gone until the 29th. I put down 1/3 of the total on the 4th for tile and carpet and now I'm getting the run around. I called to find out who the owner is because the manager is already gone, asked who the owner is, the receptionist said they don't give out that info. (I didn't ask for his home number), I asked her how they are still in business and she hung up on me. Is this how they treat single moms whose house flooded?
