  Where do I start. They treat you like family at this place. They will get you the best possible equipment that fits your needs and budget. Shawn never tries to sell you anything or tempt you into buying something. They have top notch installers that do amazing work. You won't regret coming to this place.

  Shawn and his team at Car Audio Zone are fantastic. I had access to great prices on speakers, amp, and a subwoofer from other sources. Shawn agreed to install them for a very reasonable price. When he looked into it, he explained that because I was keeping the factory head unit, I needed a channel converter, and gave me several options, ranging from very inexpensive to expensive. I weighed my options and chose the one best for me. The system was installed on a Saturday, although he told me it might need to be kept over until Monday. I told him and his excellent installers, I really wanted it that day, so they stayed past 7pm and completed it for me. Shawn had to leave the store for an hour or so, so he let me camp out on the sofa in his office instead of being out front where people could see me and bang on the door. That's service you don't expect. The work was flawless and done professionally. The system sounds amazing and I couldn't be more pleased. Shawn was honest and kept me informed all of the way. His installers are pleasant and professional. I keep thinking of the huge grin on the face of the main installer when he had me sit in the car for the first time after the install. The car audio business, like many others, can be shady at times. When you find a locally owned business with high integrity, then you stick with it.   Excellent customer service and very personable! I came in needing a mounting kit for my SUV, but they did not have it in stock. They went to the distributor that afternoon and picked one up for me with no issues, and I had it in my hands in less than 24hrs. Even though the trip there was already planned for other inventory, I wasn't charged for transportation/shipping as a courtesy! The team at Car Audio Zone is very knowledgeable, and I highly recommend! Much appreciated guys!
