  Ask for Simone! She is from Brazil so not only does her accent just class up the experience a bit :), but she has been in the jewelry business for so long that she truly knows her stuff! We went to 3 other jewelers to shop for engagement rings on January 2, 2017 but she was by far the best experience we had! Now, the rings are better quality at Ben Bridge, so you don't get many low prices like the other stores, but the service is worth paying for! Be honest with her and tell her what is and isn't important to you and she will do the rest. This is my first time ever shopping for an engagement ring, and I would tell any soon to be bride- go see Simone at Ben Bridge in Memorial City Mall!
