  Lisa, a manager at this location, refunded my husband and me $30 on top of the full cost of a toaster oven after we discovered it had been opened, used, and re packaged and put back on the shelf after another customer returned it. One of the cashiers there also helped us to get the most deal out of the coupons we had. She even told us about a coupon we could get on the BB&B app. In my experience in coming to the store after just moving into a new home, the employees are very proactive and like to help if they can!
