  Great customer service. Employees are willing to go far and beyond to help on to find the right toy or find other stories to find what you are looking for. I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE there.

  I called them to find out if they take buy buy baby coupon for which the lady at the store said yes they take the coupon but they will go the buy buy baby website and if buy buy baby has a higher price than they to price match the higher price and than use the coupon. I asked her that than why would I come to babies r us, since I can get it from buy buy baby without all this argument and poor customer service at babies r us. Even the managers at this location are rude and useless. They don’t know what customer service is. I WONDER WHY TOYS ARE US FILED BANKRUPTCY. When you have employees like this who want to come to your store and give you business
