  The owner is a prick, arrogant, and totally impolite. He lacks respect and his pride gets the best of him. There are some good aspects of this business, so I won't merely give it one star. But, spend your money elsewhere and don't support business owners who are comfortable mistreating clients just because the former have some money and power. Terrible return policy. Won't even let you return mattresses which you buy from him if you take them out of plastic. Unbelievable.

  This is a totally unbiased review that I'm posting here... I really had a very bad experience with one of the local dealers for acme furniture, and ended up at their store one day. The staff is so professional and truthful. They deliver as promised and most importantly on time. I would go back to them again.
