  My fiancé and I went into Al’s Formal Wear this Sunday, March 4th get a quote on tuxedos for his groomsmen. We wanted to shop around to see who has the best prices. Unfortunately, we never had the opportunity to check their prices at Al’s Formal Wear. We walked inside and the associate already had another client she was helping which is no problem. We knew what we were looking for so we just walked around and browsed the selections they had on display. The associate then sent her clients into the dressing room for fittings. She walked right past us and never once greeting us or asked what we were looking for even though she had a clear opportunity while her clients were in the dressing room. The space in this location is open and very small so there’s no way she could of missed us. Still waiting to be help we saw a special occasions book on the table and looked through the entire book... still no help received. This is both of our first time getting married and in this journey we’re looking for good experiences through our stressful wedding planning. Nevertheless we’re heading back to Men’s Warehouse where the service was exceptional to put our deposit on our group booking there. Thanks for helping us make up our mind Al’s!
