  On October 5, 2017 a technician named Donnie came to my house and diagnosed that I needed a new ice machine and valve kit. On October 24 a technician named John came and did the work and changed the ice maker and valve kit I paid a total of $416.50. The problem is that the ice maker only functioned several times. Several technicians have come, I was even told to turn off the whole refrigerator for 24 hours and after that the ice maker will work; it did not. The last visit was December 19 and was told I will get a phone call from the main office, I have been waiting today is January 1, 2018. I do not recommend this business because they do not have any technician who can fix my ice maker and charged me almost $500.00 for a non-functioning ice maker. I have asked several times to speak to a manager, promised twice I will get a phone call still waiting. What kind of business treats customers this way? One star rating is not even appropriate in this situation.
