  Great place to find unique grocery items that aren't carried elsewhere. For a small market it has everything you need really. Great dairy products but no 1% milk. Great meat prices but smell the chicken to make sure it smells ok. Big selection if Gluten-free foods. It's the main reason I go there. So-so produce. Nice bread selection. Best advice? Get a cart because you'll need it. Oh and bring empty plastic bags or reusable as they don't have any to give or sell. I keep some in my car for any unplanned trips. They also don't mind if you take a cardboard box from items displayed to use to carry your items home, just make sure the box is virtually empty. Parking is fine but make sure you don't keep valuables visible. Man beside me has his driver side window smashed and they stole money...(followed him from the bank apparently)
