    Do not waste your time with this location. My sister and I went in on a Sunday, July 17, to pick out a sectional and coffee and end tables. Bee was the representative that helped us, and he was not the most friendliest sales rep. When we sat down to complete the sale, his calculations were off by a few cents. I didn't complain because it was only a few cents, so no big deal. However, when he he ran my sister's card, he processed it for $884, instead of the $844 that it should have been. He came back and simply asked for the card. He didn't tell us why he had asked for the card again until after I started to put up a fit. I had already read reviews about this location overcharging customers and then charging them again when they attempt to give a refund. So, please be careful of exactly what they have charged you and if they ask to give you a refund, opt for the cash refund option. Do not let them take your card again! Better yet, simply take cash to this location. Fast forward to the day of delivery, Tuesday, July 19. I get a call from a rep at their warehouse, named Veronica, and she tells me that they ripped the sectional while trying to put it on a truck, and she can have another delivered on Friday. Well, my sister works twelve hour shifts at pharmacy and I will be out of town after today, so anytime after the day that we agreed on is totally unacceptable. Veronica told me that there was no other option that she could offer and that I was welcomed to call Bee to see what he could come up with. I called Bee and he said, "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" Really!!?? I want you to get my couch to me on the day that we agreed on. He gave me the option to have the two piece couch and love seat delivered instead of the sectional, and I told him that that was not an option because I wanted the sectional. He told me that he would check with the warehouse and call me back. When he did call me back, he told my sister that he could get her the sectional, but it would not be here until Tuesday of next week. He offered to deliver the two piece in the place of the sectional until the sectional actually arrives. We are both here waiting to see if the two piece and tables will arrive before the promised time of 2:00 today, but with their broken promises and bad service thus far, I will not get my hopes up. My sister only plans to have this furniture for less than a year, which is why we went with such a cheap company, but if you can help it, chose another company that will appreciate you and your time.
