  Today I went to Abercrombie Kids in Willowbrook Mall in Houston, TX.  There was a rack full of long sleeve shirts with a sign that said "clearance $9.99".  When I went to pay I was told by the cashier that the price was $18.99. I told her that all the shirts were in a rack that said $9.99. She told me it was misplaced or it was an old promotion. I asked her to honor the price since it was misplaced by them and she told me no.  I left without buying anything.  I think that as other companies do you should honor your prices since it was your employee's mistake. Or next time just train the employees to be more effective with customer service since you just lost one client.
