They were unable to see anything, did not bring anything for odor control until the 3rd trip. patched where the air conditioner enters the house and plugged to 2 weep holes. Said they found one rat, but would not let me see it. All THIS FOR 600.00. next time I will do the work myself !! It still stinks and no DEAD ANIMAL FOUND!
