Just paid off the fridge I got with Aaron's. I love the fridge and am very happy with it but I am very upset with the explanation or lack of one, I received from an associate there, about the cost for the fridge. I was told cash it would be one price and if I did a 6 month payment plan it would be a hundred more. I opted for the plan and ended up paying $200 more, Not $100 -THAT'S EVEN WITH ME PAYING IT OFF IN LESS THAN TWO MONTHS!! If I would have done just the payments over the 6 months it would have been $250 more!!!!!! Make sure when you go you are 1000% crystal clear on your contract terms and do not just let the associate explain it to you. I was under a very different impression for my final cost and even called in and talked to the supervisor. He made me feel stupid. He explained how out of all the customers they have I am they only one that does not fully understand my contract. I find that very difficult to believe. Do not trust the words that come from their mouths unless you see it on the contract! The manager told me I could come in and get the contract explained in depth to me. I declined. I told him what good does that do now? I have already signed the contract. I doesn't get me my money back and it sure doesn't make me trust them any more. I told the manager I felt deceived and that this would be my last dealing with them ever! Thanks for taking money from a family on foodstamps, with one income, and 4 children. Thank you very much!
